1. General provisions
This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Svitlana Mikulinska (the Seller) to enter into an agreement for access to the Cexlens online service (the Service) on the terms below, under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The Ukrainian version of this offer prevails.
Paying for a plan or an AI token pack is acceptance of this offer. From the moment of payment the agreement is concluded, and the Customer confirms they have read and accept this offer, the Refund policy and the Privacy policy.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Seller provides the Customer with paid access to the Service: an informational analytics platform that displays public blockchain and crypto-market data (exchange inflows and outflows, large-wallet activity, market statistics) and analytics built on it.
Access is granted under the chosen plan for the paid period (30 or 365 days). AI tokens are a one-time service: they raise the request limit of the Service's AI assistant and do not expire.
3. What the agreement does not cover
- The Seller does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. All information in the Service is for informational purposes only.
- Analytics and trade scenarios produced by the Service's AI agent are generated automatically from public data and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
- The Seller is not a broker or an exchange, does not accept or hold the Customer's funds or virtual assets, and does not transact with them on the Customer's behalf.
- The Customer makes any trading and investment decisions independently and is responsible for them.
4. Price and payment
Current plan and AI token pack prices are published at cexlens.com/pricing. The price is fixed at the moment of payment.
On the website you pay by Visa or Mastercard card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment is processed by the acquiring bank; the Seller never receives or stores card data. Card payments are charged in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH); if your card is in another currency, your card issuer converts it.
A website payment is one-time for the chosen period and does not renew automatically. In the Android app, purchases go through Google Play under Google Play's terms.
After payment the Customer receives a fiscal receipt at the email given at checkout.
5. Service delivery
Access is activated on the Customer's account automatically once the bank confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. The access period starts at activation.
If access is not activated within 24 hours, the Customer emails the Seller, and the Seller activates access or refunds the payment under cexlens.com/refund.
6. Rights and obligations
- The Seller keeps the Service running, except for scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond its control.
- The Seller may change the Service's features without materially reducing a paid plan during its paid period.
- The Customer does not share account access with third parties, resell Service data or bypass plan limits.
- If these terms are breached, the Seller may suspend the Customer's access.
7. Refunds
Refund terms and procedure are set out at cexlens.com/refund, which forms part of this offer.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Data may be delayed or incomplete. The Seller is not liable for losses, including trading losses, arising from the Customer's use of Service information. The Seller's liability is in any case limited to the amount the Customer paid for the current paid period.
9. Personal data
The Seller processes the Customer's personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the cexlens.com/privacy.
10. Term and changes
The offer is valid from publication on the website until withdrawn. The Seller may change the offer; changes do not affect an already paid access period. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, under the laws of Ukraine.
