Cexlens
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 May 2026
1. Who we are
Cexlens ("we", "us") operates a real-time crypto market-monitoring service. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
2. What we collect
- Account data: email address, hashed password (we never store plaintext passwords), and — if you use Google sign-in — your Google email and name.
- Usage & preferences: plan, notification settings, language, and theme.
- Payment data: processed by our payment provider (NOWPayments). We store only a payment reference and status — never card or wallet credentials.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
- Optional: Telegram username if you connect Telegram alerts; messages you send via the contact form.
3. How we use it
- To provide and secure the Service (authentication, plan access, alerts).
- To process payments and grant plan access.
- To send account and verification emails, and notifications you opt into.
- To prevent abuse and maintain reliability.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Cexlens (e.g. payment processing, email delivery) and where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Operational logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging. You can request deletion of your account data (see Contact).
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.
7. Cookies
We use a single essential authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
