Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Cexlens (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Cexlens provides real-time, informational on-chain and market-maker activity monitoring for crypto markets. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Plans, billing & renewals
- On the website, paid plans can be purchased with a one-time crypto payment for the period shown at checkout. Crypto payments do not auto-renew.
- In the Android app, paid plans may be offered as recurring Google Play subscriptions and AI credits may be offered as one-time Google Play purchases. Google Play shows the price, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase.
- You can manage or cancel an Android subscription in Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewal, while paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are processed by third parties. NOWPayments processes web crypto payments. Google Play processes Android purchases, and RevenueCat validates purchase status so Cexlens can grant access. We do not store your payment credentials.
- Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or under the applicable payment provider's refund rules.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or reselling data beyond your plan, attempting to bypass plan limits or access controls, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and the Cexlens name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. On termination, the rights granted to you end; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in effect.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee uptime or that the Service will be error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cexlens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is subject to the courts of Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
