1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Cexlens (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Cexlens provides real-time, informational on-chain and market-maker activity monitoring for crypto markets. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Plans, billing & renewals
- Paid plans (Regular, Pro) are billed as one-time crypto payments granting access for a fixed period (30 days). Crypto payments do not auto-renew; access ends when the period expires unless renewed.
- Payments are processed by a third-party provider (NOWPayments). We do not store your payment credentials.
- Due to the nature of crypto payments and the immediate availability of the Service, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or reselling data beyond your plan, attempting to bypass plan limits or access controls, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee uptime or that the Service will be error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cexlens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
