Read the weekly and monthly flow reports

The flow reports sum up what moved onto and off exchanges over the last 7 days, and month by month for the past months. Use them to see the bigger picture behind the live moves in the Scanner.

Start with the net flow

The card at the top says whether more crypto left exchanges than arrived (green, reads as holding) or the other way round (red, reads as sell pressure). Stablecoins are counted apart and read the other way: stablecoins arriving on exchanges are buying power. Example: a green $2B net off exchanges with stablecoins net onto exchanges is a calm, constructive week. Switch the period with the chips under the title: this week or any past month.

Days and coins

In the day chart, bars above the line are days when more left exchanges, bars below are days when more arrived. The two coin lists show which coins drove the result; open a coin to see its live flow and the transfers behind it. On the weekly report the tiles also show the previous 7 days.

Limits

The reports cover the exchanges and market makers Cexlens tracks, not every wallet in crypto. Tokenized stocks are left out. The set of tracked wallets grows over time, so compare months by direction rather than by size. A net flow is a tendency, not a forecast: check the transfers behind a number before acting on it.
