How Cexlens flags this

Cexlens watches exchange wallets on every chain it indexes and looks at every wallet without a label that receives from them. Size alone is not enough, because big exchanges move hundreds of millions to their own unlabeled wallets every day. A wallet is flagged when it also shows a sign of a drain: it is brand new, it received many assets in one sweep, it was fed from several exchange wallets or chains, or mixer money is involved (the wallet, or whoever signed the transaction that moved the funds, was funded through a mixer). When the signs line up, the incident opens and this page fills as transfers land.
