Delete Your Account

Cexlens account & data deletion

You can delete your Cexlens account and its associated data at any time, from the app or from the web. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete it yourself (app or web)

Sign in to your account.
Open Profile → Account.
Scroll to Delete account, type your email to confirm, and press Delete my account.

Can't sign in?

If you can no longer access your account (lost password and lost email access), contact us from any channel and request deletion. Include the account email so we can locate it. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account (email, name, password hash, Google sign-in link).
Your preferences: watchlists, notification settings, saved chart drawings, AI agent conversation profile.
Your API keys and connected devices (push tokens, Telegram binding).

What is retained

Payment records (provider reference and status) are retained where required for accounting and legal compliance.
Aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
