$12.01M USDC moved off a named venue on Ethereum, the largest tracked on-chain move right now.
The wallet behind it is a year-old heavy hitter with 12,721 transfers across Ethereum, Arbitrum, and BSC; 94% of its volume is stablecoins and its exchange counterparties include Binance, Coinbase, Bybit, and OKX.
After the outflow, the funds passed through a string of freshly-created empty wallets and were split across many addresses at once, reaching exchange wallets in two hops. The wider market context shows USDC exchange flow is deep in net inflow—$719M in versus $544M out over the last 24 hours—so dry powder is arriving across the board, not exiting.
A move this large from a wallet that routinely interacts with four major exchanges, executed through a rapid burst of brand-new wallets and dispersion, looks less like a single withdrawal and more like a deliberate restructuring of custody or a large OTC settlement being routed.
