The $100M transfer landed in an unlabelled wallet, and the funds were immediately split across many addresses. Meanwhile, the broader USDC flow over the last 24 hours tilts heavily toward exchanges, with $728.83M in versus $420.52M out, consistent with dry powder arriving rather than distribution.
