A 42-day-old wallet breaks a 38-day silence with a $57M DAI move to a single peer
A wallet created barely six weeks ago and dormant for over a month just executed the largest tracked on-chain move in six hours, sending $57.02M in DAI to another unlabelled wallet.
The origin wallet (0xf6e7…3042) has a shallow history: only 8 distinct counterparties across nearly 3,800 transfers, all in DAI. After a 38-day quiet period, it moved nearly all its observed volume.
The funds did not reach a labelled exchange, mixer, or bridge within the traced depth, suggesting they remain in self-custody or DeFi. Simultaneously, the broader DAI market is seeing a net inflow to exchanges ($351K in vs $164K out), which is consistent with cash arriving rather than leaving the ecosystem.
The move may be a fresh treasury deployment or wallet restructuring, not a distribution. Watching whether the recipient routes funds to a trading venue will clarify if this is positioning or reorganization.
