Wallet 0xee7a…4055 appeared just 52 days ago and went dark 38 days ago, operating exclusively in USDC across 10,339 transfers on Ethereum and Base. Its dominant counterparties are Binance and Bybit, yet this $30.51M withdrawal from Binance is its first activity in over a month.

The move lands during a 24-hour period where net exchange inflows of USDC sit at roughly $250M, meaning cash is arriving on venues in aggregate even as this wallet takes a large slug off. The funds were split across many wallets at once, a routing pattern that obscures the final destination and makes a simple self-custody unwind or future deployment harder to read immediately.

The combination of a young, stablecoin-only wallet, prolonged dormancy, and a large withdrawal while broader flow is still arriving on exchanges suggests this may be a deliberate position move rather than a broad flight from venues.
